Mike has been a member of Lacey’s Fitness since Laceys started 4 years ago but has been coming to the gym for over 10 years.

“I try to come twice a week when possible. For me the gym is about keeping everything moving and general fitness plus the gym location is very convenient for me.”

Liz Rigby

Liz Rigby has been a member for the last 9 years starting originally with Vicky Newson’s health club management and usually coming 2 times per week.

“I have previously done aerobics, swimming, walking and yoga but now I just use the gym to maintain my fitness.”

Liz’s main goal when joining the gym was to keep fit, which is what she has been doing over the years she’s been here

Girvan Hurst

Girvan joined Lacey’s Fitness in July 2009 and since then has been coming to the gym to five times a week if she can, but usually at least three.

“I enjoy walking and swimming but I also come to the gym to feel fitter and more confident in myself.”

Roz Jones

Roz joined Lacey’s Fitness on a promotion in August 2009 and has been coming to the gym at least 3 times a week if not 4 when she can.

“I have used gyms previously but I particularly enjoy working out at Lacey’s Fitness. I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.”

Roz’s main fitness goals are to keep fit and maintain her fitness levels.
